Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Vubzoo Android app handles your information. For privacy questions, contact siriushevoice@gmail.com.

1. Notes, artwork and settings

The notes you enter in Vubzoo, unfinished drafts, artwork saved to Gallery, and app settings are stored in the app’s private storage on your device. Artwork may include the original note text, its creation time and information needed to generate the image.

Vubzoo does not upload your notes or artwork to the developer or automatically attach them to support emails. The app does not provide cloud synchronization or a public gallery.

2. Touch and vibration feedback

While running, the app temporarily processes touch positions and timing to generate visual, rhythmic and vibration feedback. This information is not saved as a touch history or sent to the developer.

Vibration uses Android’s vibration permission. You can turn it off in the app’s settings. Leaving the app or opening settings stops the interactive feedback.

3. Google Play purchases and license checks

Vubzoo is offered as a one-time paid download through Google Play. It does not include in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Google Play handles purchases, payments and related account information. Vubzoo does not receive your payment card information or Google Account password.

To confirm your eligibility to use the app, Vubzoo calls the Google Play service on your device to check its license. This process may require Google Play to connect to the internet. The app receives and stores the license result, an app-specific user identifier and information needed for verification on your device. These are used to verify access and support subsequent offline use. This license information is not uploaded to a developer-operated server.

Once access has been confirmed, notes, interactive features and Gallery can be used offline. Google Play may subsequently update the authorization status. Google Play’s handling of purchase and license information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and applicable service terms.

4. Retention, deletion and backup

You can delete Gallery artwork in the app. Clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling Vubzoo removes notes, drafts, artwork, settings and cached license information from the app’s private storage.

Local content you have not deleted remains on your device. Cached license information is kept for subsequent verification and may be replaced or cleared when the authorization result is updated.

Vubzoo is configured to exclude its private app data from Android cloud backup and device transfer. Reinstalling the app or restoring Google Play access does not restore deleted notes or artwork. Deletion does not mean that the device’s storage media has been securely erased.

Uninstalling the app does not delete purchase records held by Google Play. Google manages those records.

5. Exported images and sharing

Saving artwork to your photo library creates a separate image copy. Deleting Gallery artwork, clearing app data or uninstalling Vubzoo does not delete that copy. You need to delete it separately in your photo library.

Vubzoo does not read your photo library. If you choose to share an exported image through another app, or your photo service backs it up or synchronizes it, the app or service you choose is responsible for that processing. Vubzoo does not upload or track those shares.

6. Advertising, analytics and contacting us

Vubzoo does not require you to create an app account. It does not display ads or include app usage analytics or advertising tracking tools. We do not sell your personal information.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it only to handle support or privacy requests. Correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request. You can ask us to delete it, unless retention is required by law. The relevant email service providers are also involved in transmitting and storing the correspondence.

7. Policy updates and contact

If the app’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
